This past week we have been trying to make meal time as simple as possible. It’s Back To School season and things are still rather hectic as we get used to our new schedule. Lately we have had a hankering for homemade quality chili but not enough time to prepare it. The new Progresso™ Chili offers a unique twist on classic chili flavors and takes the time out of preparing my usual homemade chili in the crock pot. This only takes about 5 1/2 minutes to make and it tastes just as good. It also comes in a convenient pouch package that is clear at the bottom. The packaging helps maintain the freshness and flavor and allows you to see the ingredients and quality for yourself.
Progresso™ Chili comes in two delicious flavors. A spin on a homemade classic, Smokehouse Pork and Beef Chili with Beans includes Andouille sausage, beef, and a secret blend of spices all slow cooked with tomatoes, onions, green sweet peppers, pinto and red kidney beans. The Southwest Style White Chicken Chili with Beans is a creamy blend of all-white meat chicken, white beans, green sweet peppers, tomatillos, and onions. Both varieties are packed with a punch of flavor and a slight kick of spice.
You can take your chili to a whole new level by adding your favorite toppings such as cheese, bacon, corn chips, croutons, queso fresco, diced tomatoes, lime wedges, sour cream, guacamole, green onions, or fresh jalapenos. If you don’t want to camouflage any of the existing flavors then try adding a generous amount of fresh grated cheese and a few crackers. That’s how I enjoy eating a big bowl of hot chili!
If you’re looking to make meal time easy or just craving a hearty chili that’s ready in minutes, be on the lookout for new Progresso™ Chili flavors available in the soup aisle of your nearest retailer.

It's great to be able to add a canned good to your dish and have it taste like it didn't come from a can, that's the great thing about Progresso™. My favorite topping for chili is cheese, thank you for sharing this post.
