Thank you to Kipling for sponsoring today’s post and inspiring me to get ready for the holidays with the#KiplingHoliday Tour.
It’s the most wonderful time of year. Shopping season! The holidays are here and it’s prime time to get your shop on. I decided that I would get a head start and invest in a new bag to hold all of my holiday essentials. This time of year I find myself out and about much more than usual. Don’t we all? It’s crazy busy during the holidays. Whether I am visiting with friends, taking Toodie on an adventure, or tackling my Christmas shopping-I am always up to something myself. I needed to upgrade to a bigger and much more cozy space for my go-to gadgets and favorites that I CAN’T be without. After browsing through the Kipling Holiday Catalog I knew the Art Tote Bag was the one.
What’s in my holiday bag?
01. Dry hands are one of my pet peeves so there is always at least one bottle of lotion on my bag. Sweet scents are a plus but I will settle for whatever leaves my skin silky soft.
02. A portable charger to keep my devices juiced.
03. Two words: Smashbox O-Gloss, one of my holy grail beauty products. It gives your pout the most beautiful flushed pink color with a glossy finish. You can where it anywhere, anytime, with any makeup combination.
04. My beloved Canon Rebel T5i. I never leave home without it. A camera is a must have during the holidays whether you are capturing special moments with family or friends.
05. A water bottle to help me stay hydrated while out and about. I have recently become a huge fan of infusing my water with fresh fruit.
06. Sometimes a larger bag just doesn’t go with the outfit for the day. A wristlet wallet makes it much easier to carry around cards and cash while still being stylish.
07. I’ve learned that my phone cannot do everything and that’s why my iPad has become my right hand man. It’s much easier to check emails and do online shopping on a device bigger than a pack of index cards.
08. My Erin Condren planner to keep me organized throughout the day and for reference when tackling my Christmas shopping lists.
09. Lip balm to keep my lips soft and moisturized because scaly lips are never cute, holidays or not.
10. Mints for fresh breath and maybe a quick kiss or two. Beware of randomly placed mistletoe this time of year!
The Art Tote is everything I was looking for and more. It’s spacious, durable, and isn’t bulging at the seams! It’s perfect for traveling as well. I have gotten myself into the habit of not leaving the house without my camera, iPad, and planner so I was thrilled that they all fit comfortably inside. I get much more work done now that I am able to carry around everything I need and more. I have to admit that it was difficult to not go a little crazy once I browsed through the catalog itself. Kipling has so many cute handbags and accessories! I can’t believe this was my very first purchase. I have obviously been living under a big rock.
If you’re getting the itch for a new handbag too then you may want to browse the Kipling Holiday Catalog yourself. They have plenty of new arrivals and styles to choose from. The #KiplingHolidayTour is even making its way to Orlando next month and it’s going to be an event you don’t want to miss! If you live in the area I suggest you RSVP and join in on the fun. There will be Kipling giveaways, musical performances, complimentary treats and much more.
Even if you are unable to attend the event I have a special discount code that will get you $30 off of your $150 online purchase! Use code HOLIDAY30 and treat yourself this season.
