Is your family prepared to head back to school? I can’t believe we only have a few days left! After a long summer of sunshine, relaxation, and endless fun it can be hard for children to get back into the swing of things without a fuss. Sometimes they need a little extra encouragement to ease the pain of transitioning back to early mornings and homework. A special surprise like these Back To School Candy Poppers can make the first day of school a lot sweeter. Whether you are a parent, teacher, or volunteer- you can make these colorful candy push-ups for the entire class to enjoy. Smiles are guaranteed!
Materials:
- Plastic treat pop containers with lids
- Colorful washi tape
- Tropical Skittles
- “Have A Bright School Year” printable
- scissors, glue, 2 inch circle punch (optional if not using adhesive circle)
You can download the printable labels here or right click and save.
Directions:
Decorate plastic treat containers with washi tape and attach printed label in the center. If you are printing on white paper I suggest using double sided tape or double sided adhesive squares. Fill with candy and pop on the lid.
What do you do to get your children excited to go back to school?
