Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating in the morning keeps you energized, happy, and focused. Sometimes we skip morning meals because we are too busy or just bored of eating the same things over and over again. Breakfast doesn’t have to be plain Jane. You can take a simple bowl of Cheerios and kick it up a notch by adding fresh fruit. Yogurt lover? Not only can you put fruit in this too but try adding granola or chocolate chips!
